£5 - Helps provide weekly care calls for clients on our waiting list.

£20 - Covers our helpline phone costs for a week, ensuring we’re always there to listen.

£50 - Provides a counselling session for a grieving parent, offering them crucial care during a difficult time.

£50 - Helps assess and process a new referral for counselling, connecting more people with the care they need.

£125 - Helps cover our counselling supervision costs for two weeks, ensuring our practitioners are well-supported in their work.
